本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「確率パラドックス図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真などを 取得することはありません。トラッキング（他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡）も行いません。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは、アプリの改善のために、以下の匿名の利用状況データのみを収集します。

これらのデータは、プライバシー保護を目的に設計された分析サービス TelemetryDeck（TelemetryDeck GmbH、ドイツ） を通じて処理されます。データは匿名化されたうえで送信され、個人の特定やユーザーごとの追跡には利用できません。 IPアドレスは保存されません。TelemetryDeckはEUのGDPR（一般データ保護規則）に準拠しています。
3. 収集しない情報
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの連絡先情報
- 位置情報
- 写真・カメラ・マイクへのアクセス
- 広告識別子（IDFA）— 本アプリはトラッキングを行いません
4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリの課金（プレミアム解放パック）は、AppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。 クレジットカード情報などの決済情報は、Appleが管理し、開発者が受け取ることはありません。 決済に関する取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 第三者への提供
収集した匿名利用状況データを、上記TelemetryDeckによる処理以外の目的で第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは4歳以上を対象としていますが、年齢を問わず個人情報を収集しないため、 お子様の個人情報が収集されることもありません。
7. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS application “Probability Paradox Lab” (the “App”) handles user information.
1. Our Policy
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. No account is required, and we never collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. The App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information We Collect
To improve the App, we collect only the following anonymous usage data:

This data is processed by TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany), a privacy-first analytics service. Data is anonymized before transmission and cannot be used to identify or track individual users. IP addresses are not stored. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Photos, camera, or microphone access
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) — the App performs no tracking
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases in the App (Premium Unlock Pack) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details such as credit card information are handled by Apple and are never shared with the developer. Payments are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share the anonymous usage data with any third party, other than the processing by TelemetryDeck described above.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, no personal information is collected from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or new app features. Material changes will be announced on this page.
