利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「確率パラドックス図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）の 利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

開発者は、利用者に対し、AppleのApp Store利用規約に従い、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で 本アプリを使用する譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、 再配布を行うことはできません。

2. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの「プレミアム解放パック」は買い切り型（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。一度の購入で追加テーマが永続的に解放され、追加費用は発生しません。
• 決済はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。
• 機種変更・再インストール時は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から同じApple Accountで復元できます。
• 返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。返金のリクエストはreportaproblem.apple.comから行えます。

3. コンテンツについて

本アプリに収録された解説・シミュレーションは、確率・統計に関する教育・娯楽目的のコンテンツです。 内容の正確性には最大限配慮していますが、学術的助言・投資助言・その他専門的助言を構成するものではありません。 シミュレーション結果は乱数に基づくものであり、実行のたびに異なります。 また、本アプリは実際の金銭を賭ける行為（ギャンブル）を提供・推奨するものではありません。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびその収録コンテンツ（テキスト、デザイン、プログラム等）に関する権利は、 開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた いかなる損害についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページにて告知します。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “Probability Paradox Lab” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

The developer grants you a non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

2. In-App Purchases

• The “Premium Unlock Pack” is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase that permanently unlocks additional themes. There are no recurring charges.
• Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, use “Restore Purchases” in the App with the same Apple Account.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies and may be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Content

The explanations and simulations in the App are provided for educational and entertainment purposes regarding probability and statistics. While we strive for accuracy, the content does not constitute academic, financial, or other professional advice. Simulation results are based on random numbers and vary on every run. The App does not offer or encourage real-money gambling of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content (text, design, software, etc.) belong to the developer or their rightful owners.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
