プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「絵で学ぶ統計用語図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。（ご意見をメールで送っていただいた場合の、メールアドレスを除きます。第7章） アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真などを 取得することはありません。 無料でご利用の方には広告が表示されます（完全版を購入すると表示されなくなります）。 広告の配信にあたって第三者の広告サービスが端末の情報を利用することがあります。詳しくは第3章をご覧ください。 開発者自身が、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングを行うことはありません。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは、アプリの改善のために、以下の匿名の利用状況データのみを収集します。

これらのデータは、プライバシー保護を目的に設計された分析サービス Aptabase を通じて処理され、米国のサーバーに保存されます。端末やユーザーを識別するIDは使わず（セッションのIDはアプリを起動するたびに変わります）、 個人の特定やユーザーごとの追跡には利用できません。 IPアドレスはおおまかな地域（国）を調べるためだけに使われ、保存されません。
3. 広告について
本アプリは、無料でご利用の方に、用語の解説をいくつか読んだあとに全画面広告（インタースティシャル広告）を表示します。 広告の配信には Google LLC の Google AdMob を利用しています。 完全版を購入された方には広告は表示されません。
広告の配信にあたり、Google は端末の広告識別子（IDFA）、IPアドレス、端末やアプリに関する情報、 広告の表示・操作の記録などを収集・利用することがあります。これらは広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止に使われ、 許可された場合には、利用者の興味に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）の表示にも使われます。 Google による情報の取り扱いは Google のパートナーのサイトやアプリを使用する際の Google によるデータ使用 および Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。
- 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスの方: 広告を読み込む前に、Google の同意管理ツールで パーソナライズ広告への同意をおたずねします。同意しない場合も本アプリはすべて利用でき、 パーソナライズされない広告のみが表示されます。選択はアプリの「設定 → 広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
- トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）: 広告識別子を利用してよいかを iOS の確認画面でおたずねします。 許可しない場合、広告識別子は利用されず、すべての機能をそのままご利用いただけます。 許可は iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
開発者自身が、広告識別子や広告に関する情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。
4. 端末内にだけ保存する情報
お気に入り、色分け（赤・黄・緑）、閲覧履歴、学習の記録、言語の設定、購入状態は、 お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや第三者に送られることはありません。 アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
5. 収集しない情報
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの連絡先情報
- 位置情報（GPS などの正確な位置情報）
- 写真・カメラ・マイクへのアクセス
- 検索欄に入力した言葉
本アプリは、プッシュ通知も使用しません。
6. アプリ内課金について
本アプリの課金（完全版）は、AppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。 クレジットカード情報などの決済情報は、Appleが管理し、開発者が受け取ることはありません。 決済に関する取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
7. ご意見・不具合の報告
アプリの「設定 → 不具合・要望・感想を送る」から、ご意見や不具合を送ることができます。送り方は2つあります。
- 「送信する」: 書いていただいた本文と種類（不具合・要望・感想）に、アプリのバージョン・OSのバージョン・機種・言語設定を添えて、 Google LLC の Google フォームに匿名で送ります。 名前・メールアドレスなどは送りません。送る内容は、送信前に確認画面ですべて表示されます。
- 「メールで送る」: お使いのメールアプリから開発者宛てのメールとして送ります。この場合、開発者はあなたのメールアドレスを受け取り、返信にのみ使います。
いただいた内容は、不具合の調査・お問い合わせへの返信・アプリの改善のためにだけ使い、第三者に提供・販売することはありません。 本文には、名前や連絡先などの個人情報を書かないようお願いします。
8. 第三者への提供
収集した匿名利用状況データを、上記Aptabaseによる処理以外の目的で第三者に提供・販売することはありません。 広告の配信に伴う情報の取り扱いは、第3章のとおり Google によって行われます。 「送信する」で送られたご意見は、第7章のとおり Google フォームに保存されます。
9. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは子ども向けに作られたアプリではなく、開発者は年齢を問わず個人情報を収集しません（ご意見をメールで送っていただいた場合の、メールアドレスを除きます）。
10. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS application “Visual Statistics Glossary” (the “App”) handles user information.
1. Our Policy
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. (The only exception is your email address if you send feedback by email; see Section 7.) No account is required, and we never collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. Free users see ads (purchasing the Full Version removes them). To serve those ads, a third-party ad service may use information from your device — see Section 3. The developer does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information We Collect
To improve the App, we collect only the following anonymous usage data:

This data is processed by Aptabase, a privacy-first analytics service, and stored on servers in the United States. No device or user identifiers are used (the session ID changes every time the app starts), so the data cannot be used to identify or track individual users. IP addresses are used only to look up an approximate region (country) and are not stored.
3. Advertising
For free users, the App shows a full-screen (interstitial) ad after you have read several term pages. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). No ads are shown to users who have purchased the Full Version.
To serve ads, Google may collect and use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device and app information, and records of ad views and interactions. This is used for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention and, where you allow it, for ads tailored to your interests (personalised ads). Google’s handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any ad is loaded, Google’s consent tool asks whether you agree to personalised ads. If you decline, the App remains fully usable and only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under “Settings → Ad Privacy Settings”.
- App Tracking Transparency: iOS asks whether the App may use your advertising identifier. If you decline, the identifier is not used and every feature remains available. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The developer does not receive or store your advertising identifier or any ad-related data.
4. Information Stored Only on Your Device
Your favorites, color tags (red, yellow and green), viewing history, study records, language setting and purchase status are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the developer’s servers or to any third party, and they are deleted when you delete the App.
5. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Precise location data (such as GPS)
- Photos, camera, or microphone access
- The words you type into the search field
The App does not use push notifications.
6. In-App Purchases
Purchases in the App (Full Version) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details such as credit card information are handled by Apple and are never shared with the developer. Payments are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
7. Feedback and Bug Reports
You can send feedback or report a problem from “Settings → Report a bug / Send feedback” in the App. There are two ways to send it:
- “Send”: your message and its type (bug, request or comment), together with the app version, OS version, device model and language setting, are sent anonymously to Google Forms (Google LLC). Your name and email address are not sent. Everything that will be sent is shown on a confirmation screen first.
- “Send by email”: you send an email to the developer from your own mail app. In that case the developer receives your email address and uses it only to reply.
Feedback is used only to investigate problems, reply to you and improve the App. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Please do not include personal information such as your name or contact details in your message.
8. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share the anonymous usage data with any third party, other than the processing by Aptabase described above. Data used to serve ads is handled by Google as described in Section 3. Feedback sent with “Send” is stored in Google Forms as described in Section 7.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children, and the developer does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age (except the email address of anyone who sends feedback by email).
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or new app features. Material changes will be announced on this page.
