利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「絵で学ぶ統計用語図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）の 利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

開発者は、利用者に対し、AppleのApp Store利用規約に従い、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で 本アプリを使用する譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、 再配布を行うことはできません。

2. アプリ内課金

• 本アプリの「完全版」は買い切り型（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。一度の購入で、すべての用語の図と解説・学習の機能が永続的に使えるようになり、定期的な課金や追加費用は発生しません。
• 決済はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。
• 機種変更・再インストール時は、アプリの「設定 → 購入を復元」から同じApple Accountで復元できます。
• 返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。返金のリクエストはreportaproblem.apple.comから行えます。

3. コンテンツについて

本アプリに収録された用語の解説・図・学習用のカードとクイズは、統計学を学ぶための教育・参考目的のコンテンツです。 内容の正確性には最大限配慮していますが、誤りを含む可能性があり、学術的助言・その他専門的助言を構成するものではありません。 誤りに気づかれた場合は、アプリの「設定 → 不具合・要望・感想を送る」からお知らせください。

本アプリに表示される試験の範囲（統計検定、AP Statistics など）は、公開されている出題範囲をもとに開発者がまとめた非公式の目安です。 本アプリはこれらの試験の主催団体と提携しておらず、公認・推薦を受けたものでも、公式の教材でもありません。 統計検定®は一般財団法人 統計質保証推進協会の登録商標、AP® は College Board の登録商標です。その他の試験名は各団体の名称または商標です。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびその収録コンテンツ（テキスト、図、イラスト、デザイン、プログラム等）に関する権利は、 開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能（試験の結果を含みます）から生じた いかなる損害についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページにて告知します。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “Visual Statistics Glossary” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

The developer grants you a non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

2. In-App Purchases

• The “Full Version” is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase that permanently unlocks the figures and explanations for every term and all study features. There are no recurring charges.
• Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, use “Settings → Restore Purchase” in the App with the same Apple Account.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies and may be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Content

The term explanations, figures, study cards and quizzes in the App are provided for educational and reference purposes for learning statistics. While we strive for accuracy, the content may contain errors and does not constitute academic or other professional advice. If you spot a mistake, please let us know via “Settings → Report a bug / Send feedback” in the App.

The exam scopes shown in the App (such as Toukei Kentei and AP Statistics) are unofficial guides compiled by the developer from publicly available syllabi. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the organizers of these exams, and it is not official study material. Toukei Kentei® is a registered trademark of the Japanese Statistical Quality Assurance Promotion Association. AP® is a registered trademark of the College Board. Other exam names are names or trademarks of their respective organizations.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content (text, figures, illustrations, design, software, etc.) belong to the developer or their rightful owners.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App (including any exam results).

6. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
